Our fish is hook-and-line (”troll”) caught by Newport-based fishermen. It is then immediately filleted and frozen in high-quality vacuum packs at our Oregon-certified facility in Newport.

Unmatched Freshness: Not all frozen fish is created equal. Our product is frozen to ensure the freshness is locked in. This guarantees that there is no difference in flavor or texture between when the fish was caught and when you decide to eat it.

Convenient Packages: We package our fish in serving sizes you can easily and quickly use. Store in your freezer until you’re ready to cook fresh fish. Preparation is simple:

  • Thaw the fish in cool water (about 30 minutes)
  • Open the package and season to taste
  • Then cook and serve (see our recipes for more ideas)
